Prayer to the Angel of Rebirth

I came across this Lovely Prayer while clearing my desk today (trying to anyway), immediately I thought of my Friend and then I thought of sharing it with everyone...It is from The book
"The Angelic Year Healing Through Angelic Meditation" by Ambika Wauters...

It is Addressed to the Angel of Rebirth on the subject of Spiritual Growth.

Growth is something we all experience, especially after learning a great lesson... It is through this Spiritual Growth that we look forward to rebirth as we trust that we will grow in the company of Goodness...

As each new stage of life or Re-Birth is approached we grow ever stronger, nourishing others with our Goodness; like the fallen apple feeds its Master, the Tree...

One day we open our eyes and see a Pure, Heavenly Light, and with it comes the Strength and innocence that one can only get when surrounded by the purest of Love...

Prayer
O, Angel of Rebirth, Awaken us to
the awareness that life is eternally
reborn and that our soul's expression

O Divine Master Grant that

The Creation of the Firefighter

The Creation of the Firefighter was written as a memorial to the 9/11 victims...It is a very touching story, please read on...Eden

When the Lord was creating Firefighters, he was into his sixth day of overtime when an angel appeared and said, "Your doing a lot of fiddling around on this one."

And the Lord said "Have you read the specification on this person? Firefighters have to be able to go for hours fighting fires or tending to a person that the usual every day person would never touch, while putting in the back of their mind the circumstances. They have to be able to move at a second's notice and not think twice of what they are about to do, no matter what danger. They have to be in top physical condition at all times, running on half-eaten meals, and they must have six pairs of hands."

The angel shook her head slowly and said, "Six pairs of hands...no way."

"It's not the hands that are causing me problems, " said the Lord, "it's the three pairs of eyes a Firefighter has to have."

That's on the standard model? " asked the angel.

The Lord nodded. " One pair that sees through the fire and where they and their fellow Firefighters should fight the fire next. Another pair here in the side of the head to see their fellow Firefighters and keep them safe. And another pair of eyes in the front so that they can look for the victims caught in the fire that need their help."

"Lord" said the angel, touching his sleeve, " Rest and work on this tomorrow."

"I can't, said the Lord, "I already have a model that can carry a 250 pound man down a flight of stairs and to safety from a burning building, and can feed a family of five on a civil service paycheck."

The angel circled the model of the Firefighter very slowly, "Can it think?"

"You bet," said the Lord. It can tell you the elements of a hundred fires; and can recite procedures in their sleep that are needed to care for a person until they reach the hospital. And all the while they have to keep their wits about themselves. This Firefighter also has phenomenal personal control. They can deal with a scene full of pain and hurt, coaxing a child's mother into letting go of the child so that they can care for the child in need. And still they rarely get the recognition for a job well done from anybody, other than from fellow Firefighters."

Finally, the angel bent over and ran her finger across the cheek of the Firefighter. "There's a leak", she pronounced. "Lord, it's a tear."

"What's the tear for?" asked the angel.

"It's a tear from bottled-up emotions for fallen comrades. A tear for commitment to that funny piece of cloth called the American Flag. It's a tear for all the pain and suffering they have encountered. And it's a tear for their commitment to caring for and saving lives of their fellow man!"

"What a wonderful feature Lord, you're a genius" said the angel.

The Lord looked somber and said "I didn't put it there."

I found this Piece of poetry today, it brings home
the harsh reality of Human sacrifice...
I do not know why this happens, maybe
it is because of total disregard for life...

Freedom and hope for a kinder leader and a better way of life

Under these cruel and unjust circumstances seem impossible.

Given all that we know about China and North Korea, it has been

Estimated that 7-million North Koreans have died in political camps, were

Exiled, or starved to death from famine and disease.

Since the Holocaust, there hasn’t been a more horrific account of genocide.

Never again should such a travesty be part of our history.

Each representative of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees need to

Express the urgency for World Action and take back the powers that leave its people

Defenseless, uneducated and abused.

United we stand on Human Rights. This

Footprints

One night a man had a dream.
He dreamed he was walking
along the beach with the Lord.
Across the sky flashed scenes from his life.
For each scene, he noticed two sets
of footprints in the sand,
one belonging to him the other to the Lord.
When the last scene of his life flashed before him,
he looked back at the footprints in the sand.
He noticed that many times along the path of his life
there was only one set of footprints.
He also noticed that it happened at the very lowest
and saddest times in his life.
This really bothered him
and he questioned the Lord about it.
Lord, you said that once I decided to follow you,
you'd walk with me all the way.
But I have noticed that during the most
troublesome times in my life
there is only one set of footprints.
I don't understand why when I needed you
most you would leave me.

The Lord replied,
My precious, precious child.
I love you and I would never leave you.
During your times of trial and suffering,
when you see only one set of footprints,
it was then that I carried you.
